A new experience.

At the beginning of May, I attended my first breathwork and sound retreat. It was truly a new experience and something I think I really needed. We wrote our wishes, but also did some cord-cutting before heading into 45 minutes of intense breathing. The breathing exercises left me feeling numb and I surely was fighting thoughts, but it also allowed me a release that felt necessary. I’m really grateful that I got to experience this.
Some pics from April (26′)

Post Typhoon Sinlaku, on April 30, was my birthday. 32. I don’t know how I feel about it, but I know I’m grateful to be here. The beach was extremely low tide that day, but it still felt nice to be in the ocean once again. The first photo is during day 2 of the storm, when we went storm chasing to see the damage so far. The water and wind were beautifully mad.
Old Film Photos. (25′)

these photos are from eons ago, but have never seen the light of day. i thought these, particularly, were quite beautiful. the great thing about photos is that it suspends time. pauses it, so we can remember it. at least in the way we want to. many things have changed since these images were taken, but i’m glad these moments happened.
