Hello! In addition to Static Glass (where I discuss movies and how they mimic real life, no reviews but just opinions and exploration! I really suggest checking it out if you like to get deep.) I wanted to have a space that felt open to anything. I guess you could call this section my “lifestyle blog”. Here we’ll talk about all the things that good pals talk about: the world, music, books, art, what I ate for lunch. You know, whatever comes to mind! This is sort of kind of like going back to those Xanga days (shout out to anyone old enough to remember that!)
If any of you actually know me, which I don’t suspect many do since I have a track record of keeping a pretty shut door, then you’ll know that I’ve always loved writing and just creating in general. Stories are some of my favorite ways to relate to this world. If you really want to hear more about that, I suggest checking out my first post here. Anyway, I have started blogs many, many times before. Always feeling a bit too terrified to actually commit, but this website is my commitment to myself. This is going to be a home, a hub if you will, for all the things I get into. This section of my website is a challenge to share more of what I think, what I like, what I’m doing. You get it. It’s my way of being more “open” to others. I have spent so much time being afraid to share “myself” and so this website is sort of my little experiment to share myself but in a way that still feels authentic and not too forced.
If you’ve gathered. I’ve lived my life being so afraid of what people think of me, but the truth is I think I’ve been so afraid and have hidden myself for so long that no one really thinks of me at all. Do I hate that? Do I love that? Idk. All I know is that I have things I want to write about and things I want to create so I intend to do that. If any of that sounds interesting, then please stick around! I’ll have a little bit of everything and my door is always open. At least to start off ❤
Tell me something about yourself in the comments below!
Love you, thank you.
